2018年7月3日，刘娟&曹淑娟两个工作室在渭城一初中进行了2018年省级教学能手赛前磨课活动。
On July 3, 2018, Liu Juan Workshop held a provincal-level class-grinding activity in No.1 Middle School of Weicheng District successfuly.
本次活动旨在为即将到来的2018年省级教学能手比赛进行热身，并帮助工作室的参赛选手们利用赛前有限的时间进一步地实现自我突破。
The purpose of the activity is to warm up for the upcoming 2018 provincal-level teaching expert competitions, and to help the workshop’s contestants make breakthroughs.
这次活动由刘娟工作室和曹淑娟工作室联合开展，共有八位老师在本次活动中进行了磨课，他们分别是：来自秦都的郝莹老师、来自渭城的王建敏老师，来自西咸新区彭美丽老师和王鹏老师，来自永寿的来雪婷老师和王娟娟老师，三原的张阿莉老师以及旬邑的文风老师。
The activity was jointly held by Liu Juan Workshop and Cao Shujuan Workshop . Eight upcoming contestants took part in the activity. They were Ms. Hao Ying , from Qindu ,Ms.Wang Jianmei from Weicheng . Ms. Peng Meili from Airport New City, Mr.Wang Peng from Qinhan New City, Ms. Lai Xueting and Ms. Wang Juanjuan from Yongshou and Ms. Zhang Ali from Sanyuan and Ms. Wen Feng from Xunyi.
郝莹老师讲授的课题是：“Be yourself ”,她的蝴蝶型思维导图直观清晰,告诉学生本课的内容。给大家留下了深刻的印象。
Ms. Hao Ying's class was: "Be Yourself", her butterfly-shaped mind map was so intuitive and clear that it told students the content of this lesson. The lesson left a deep impression on everyone.
彭美丽老师选的课是：“Hobbies Are Fun !”,
她的课注重本课短语等的学习。
Ms. Peng Meili's was about : "Hobbies Are Fun", She paid more attention to key phrases and so on.
王鹏老师讲授的课题目为：“Future Transportation”他采用亲身经历导入，为学生创设了情景！
Mr. Wang Peng 's was: "Future Transportation", he started the lesson with his personal experience , creating a situation for students!
来雪婷老师分享的课是“I Like My Neighborhood”, 作业布置富有创意！
Ms. Lai Xueting shared the class named "I like my Neighborhood", the homework design was very creative!
王娟娟老师讲的是：“Happy Memories"她课前与学生的互动非常吸引人。
Ms.Wang Juanjuan had a lesson : "Happy Memories"The warm-up step in her class was very attractive.
王建敏老师带来的是：“Rich or Poor? It Doesn't Matter!”她设计的肢体语言导入帮助学生快速地复习职业名称，也吸引了学生的注意力。
Ms.Wang Jianmin's class was about : "Rich or Poor? It doesnt matter !"With her body language , Ms. Wang helped students quickly review some jobs, and the method also attracted students ' attention."
张阿莉老师讲授的课程是“Getting to Know You!”她甜美的嗓音和流利的口语给人留下很深的印象。Ms. Zhang Ali's course was"Getting to Know" .Her sweet voice and fluent English speaking left a deep impression on everybody.
文风老师带来的课程是“Lily Learns About China!”最后一位展示的老师，但感染全场的激情让人意犹未尽！
"Lily Learns About China!"presented by Ms. Wen Feng, the last teacher , but her passion affected the whole members and was still in the air!
课后，还分别进行了模拟答辩，接着，刘娟、曹淑娟两位导师分别对大家的课进行了评价，提出中肯的意见及其宝贵和实用，大家都受益匪浅。 After the class, they also had a stimulated oral defense.Then, Ms.Liu Juan and Ms.Cao Shujuan, two tutors, gave a lot of comments on their classes, and put forward their pertinent opinions and their valuable and practical views. Everyone benefited a lot.
磨课活动后，登上风雨廊桥，看到一座座古代文官武将雕塑陈列两侧，人们不会忘记他们！此时此刻，我们不正在做着振兴民族的事业吗？在工作室的带领下，为了提升专业素养，打磨出受学生欢迎的好课，不顾酷暑，汇聚一堂，说教法，想板书设计等。刘娟工作室一直全力以赴进行着这项活动，并且培养出好多优秀的教学能手，活跃在省市的教学一线，相信今年的努力也一定迎来佳音！
After the class-grinding activity, as I walked along the place of interest named Wind and Rain Bridge, I Looked at the sculptures of ancient civil servants displaying on both sides! At this moment,I wonder if we are doing the similar thing to our nation. Under the leadership of the workshop, in order to improve professional quality, the whole upcoming contestants have been organizing each class carefully, regardless of the heat, gathering together, preaching blackboard design and so on.Grinding class is the perfect impetus to make progress for them! Liu Juan Workshop has been working hard on this activity, and trained a lot of excellent teaching experts who are active in the provincial and municipal English teaching fields, I believe this year's efforts will usher in good news!
