On the afternoon of March 15,2017, Liujuan English Workgroup held a meeting at No 1 Weicheng Junior High School. The meeting consisted of 3 parts, a mini open class, the conclusion of the research in 2016 and the new one for the year of 2017. I learned a lot from the meeting, as a teacher, you are be sure to challenge yourself in the teaching field all the time such as your teaching methods ,class managing ,etc. And it is never too late to improve. The open class is successful and I think being a popular teacher needs wisdom and intelligent.
2017年3月15日下午，刘娟英语工作室成员齐聚渭城一初中，总结2016市级课题研究，安排2071年课题研究，还安排观摩一节微型公开课。这节课很精彩，带给我很多感想，挑战自我，完善教学，任何时候都要努力，让学生喜欢你，就需要老师的智慧和勤奋！
Zhang Zhenyu presenting the class , from Qinhan Middle School, is young and full of creation in teaching. The lesson is about the western festival Easter, which is a popular festival among the children. As we know, the background is very attractive, and Ms Zhang designed the teaching method according to the feature. That is fascinating! Learning while playing games.
At the beginning of the class, the students didn’t reply very actively. When the mind map was presented on the blackboard , the students still didn’t get to the top reaction. I was feeling sorry for the result, when it came to the procedure, A GAME.Play games to go through the main items. Briefly speaking, designing the teaching procedure that can help students learn through games is half done. The students were attracted at the game, they took an active part in their task, at the same time they mastered the main functions as well as words and expressions, what’s more ,they gained the confidence in the class. I can’t forget the pleasant atomosphere among the students.
在常规环节，张老师做的很好，用思维导巩固本节内容，但是我还是没有看到学生完全投入，正在惋惜之时，进入学生活动展示环节，在游戏中学习！整个教室活起来了，学生们积极参与，也显示出了他们的自信！在愉快的氛围中复习了本节内容。
From the class I get an experience, that is ,If we persent the students real student-centered class , they will gain better understanding and knowledge.
这节课我体会到了，真正的以生为中心课堂会更好帮助学生学到知识，并且提高他们的理解力！
