Unit2 My favourite season教学设计
本课学习第二单元B部分的Let’s learn和Ask and answer环节。本课是词汇学习,旨在通过Mike和With Binbin谈论最喜欢的季节及理由的对话情景,呈现本课的核心词汇go on a picnic,go swimming,pick apples,make a snowman的词形和词义,再借助Ask and answer环节的问答练习巩固所学语言。
教学目标
(一)语言知识目标
1.能听、说、读、写四季里典型活动的四个词组:go on a picnic, go swimming, pick apples,make a snowman.
2.能运用整合的知识进行情景交流,围绕话题My favorite season运用句型“Which season do you like best?”,并能对此问句进行详尽的回答。
(二)思维能力目标
在真实场景中运用所学语言真实交流和运用。
(三)学习能力目标
运用”Which season do you like best ?询问他人对季节的喜好。
(四)文化品格目标
乐于于他人交流个人喜好与情感,提高小组合作能力。
教学重难点
教学重点:
能够听、说、读、写四会词汇:go on a picnic,go swimming,pick apples,make a snowman;
教学难点:
运用句型“Which season do you like best?”,并能对此问句进行详尽的回答。
教学过程
Step 1:Warm-up
1.老师播放本单元的主题歌曲What’s your favourite season?,让学生看着歌词大声跟唱。
2.老师随机邀请几名学生进行自由问答,复习上一课时的核心句型。
示例:
T:Which season do you like best?
S:Winter./I like winter best.
T:Why?
S:Because I can play with snow.
Step 2:Presentation
1.lead-in
Snow white and the dwarfs are discussing their favorite seasons.
2.教学go on a picnic
出示白雪公主和小矮人对话,引出短语go on a picnic
T:Which season does the dwarf like best?
Ss:Spring.
T:What does he often do in spring?Can you guess?
(学生猜测后,老师用多媒体课件呈现小矮人野餐的图片)
Ss:野餐。
T:Yes,he often goes on a picnic.
老师板书go on a picnic,教读短语。
接着提问学生,让学生尝试回答:What do you often do in spring?
S:I often go on a picnic.
2.教学go swimming
出示白雪公主和小矮人对话,引出短语go swimming
T:Which season does the dwarf like best?
Ss:Summer.
T:What does he often do in summer?Can you guess?
(学生猜测后,老师用多媒体课件呈现小矮人游泳的图片)
Ss:游泳。
T:Yes,he often goes swimming.
老师板书go swimming,教读短语。
接着提问学生,让学生尝试回答:What do you often do in summer?
S:I often go swimming.
接着提醒学生不要独自去游泳。
3.老师以类似的方式教读短语pick apples和make a snowman。
4.导入Let’s learn的内容,老师播放两遍此环节的视频,学生跟读,并模仿其语音、语调。
Step 3:Practice
1.Look and say:
T:Snow White wants to pick apples. Can you help her read the words?
2.Read and translate
T:The dwarf wants to get the red flag. Please help him read the words and translate them
3.Train, train, train.
接龙游戏:老师可以做第一个提问的人,依次提问每个小组。用时最短的小组获胜。
4.Look and say:
将男生和女生分组,一问一进行对话操练。
S:Which season do you like best? S:I like ____ best.
I often ___.
5.Brainstorm
教师随机提问,学生根据季节头脑风暴说说该季节可以做的活动:
T:Which season do you like best?
S:Spring.I often go on a picnic.
...
6.Ask and answer
本环节旨在通过问答练习巩固本课的核心词汇,要求学生能够运用句型“—Which season do you like best?—...I often...”完成关于最喜爱的季节及在该季节进行的活动的问答练习。
(1)老师带领学生朗读两遍本环节的七个词组,并给出play in the snow、plant flowers和eat ice cream三个词组的含义。
(2)老师带读此环节,学生跟读。
(3)老师将学生分为两人一组,就此环节的几个词组进行问答练习,谈论最喜欢的季节及在该季节进行的活动。
示例:
S1:Which season do you like best?
S2:Spring.I often plant flowers.Which season do you like best?
S1:Winter.I often play in the snow.
...
7.Make a survey:调查小组成员最喜欢的季节及活动。
4人为一个小组,用所给出的句子进行调查。
T:Children, please ask your team members about their favorite seasons and activities.Then try to fill in the blank.

课后反思
本课时主要学习四季里典型活动的四个词组。这几个词组表达的活动与我们的生活紧密相关,学生的学习兴趣较高。由于小学生以直观形象的思维为主,故老师在教学词组时,充分利用了图片等直观地呈现教学内容,帮助学生加深记忆。
学习知识的最终目的是运用知识。因此,在本课的教学过程中,老师给了学生大量的机会进行操练。在游戏环节,更是让所有学生都参与其中,让一些后进生或课堂活跃度不高的学生也能够有开口说英语的机会,更有利于老师针对学生的表现适时地调整教学方案,达到更好的教学效果。
