幼儿时期的视觉系统仍处在生长发育的旺盛阶段,3-6岁是儿童视力发育的可塑期,是视觉功能发育的关键期。为了让家长朋友及时关注孩子的视力保护与健康,及时「预防和控制近视」的发生与发展。我园在2024年3月22日邀请妇幼保健院眼科主任金飞医生来园开展3-6岁儿童眼健康科普专题讲座;同时邀请了大班家长朋友们前来聆听!

(一)户外活动很重要
户外活动沐浴阳光,促进眼内多巴胺释放,从而抑制眼轴变长,预防近视过早发生。幼儿每日户外活动时间应为2小时以上。关注孩子用眼时间!

(二)养成正确的用眼姿势
请注意孩子的用眼距离。用电脑时,眼睛与电脑屏幕尽量保持60厘米以上的距离。读书写字要注意三个一:即眼离书本一尺(30厘米以上)、胸离桌子一拳、手离笔尖一寸。养成正确的读写姿势,不要让孩子趴在桌上、歪头看书或写字,不要让孩子在车上看书、看手机或边走边看,也不要让孩子躺在床上或躲在被窝里看书看手机。

(三)电子视屏要严控
长时间近距离使用视屏类电子产品易消耗幼儿远视储备量,严格控制孩子看电视和玩手机时间,尽量让孩子远离电子产品。也不能长时间看书、做作业,一般持续用眼20分钟就应该让眼睛休息一会儿,看看远处或者绿色植物,多眨眨眼以缓解视力疲劳。

(四)创设适宜的用眼环境
请关注孩子的用眼环境。孩子看书、玩耍的房间光线一定要充足,不宜过强或过暗,最好房间能有窗户,让孩子的视野范围能更广些。提醒孩子不要在强光下或昏暗的路灯、月光下看书。

(五)用眼卫生要牢记
注意卫生,不用手揉眼睛。如果眼睛不舒服,用干净的纸巾轻轻按一按。有异物时,可以用清水冲洗。

(六)营养均衡有保障
多吃含维生素A丰富的食物,比如动物肝脏、胡萝卜等,还要多吃鱼、牛奶、鸡蛋、瘦肉、新鲜的蔬菜水果,少吃甜食和油炸食品,做到不挑食、不偏食。

(八)密切关注眼健康
定期配合眼科医生做好视力检查,做到早监测、早发现、早预警、早干预。重视做好近视预防!
①请让孩子坚持做眼保健操。让孩子在家也坚持做眼保健操,加强眼部营养和组织的新陈代谢,促进血液循环,对预防近视很有效。
②请鼓励孩子加强锻炼。适当进行户外运动。既能锻炼身体,提高自身免疫力,防止病毒入侵,又能有效缓解视力疲劳,对眼睛有益。
