【首发】380㎡新中式别墅 | 人文情怀 隽永守心

这是一套二十年的自建别墅，改变内部所有结构后空间重组，考虑到家中老人年岁日长，恐怕将来腿脚不便，在一楼设置了老人房，但又不想影响到客餐厅的使用面积，就把之前的圆弧型楼梯拆除，在屋子的西北处另建一个转角楼梯，这样为整个空间增加了很多面积。另外当时房子一楼的门庭和二楼主卧的阳台一直没有利用到，这次改装后门庭处包起来安置鞋柜，把阳台纳入卧室，就充分用到了每个空间。

This is a 20-year-old self built villa. After changing all the internal structures, it is redesigned. Considering the age of the elderly at home, I'm afraid it will be inconvenient in the future. The elderly house is set on the first floor, but I don't want to affect the use area of the guest restaurant, so I demolished the previous arc staircase and built another corner staircase in the northwest of the house, This adds a lot of area to the whole space. In addition, at that time, the balcony of the master bedroom on the second floor and the vestibule on the first floor of the house had not been used. After this modification, the balcony was incorporated into the bedroom, and the vestibule was wrapped up to place shoe cabinets, which made full use of each space.

呼童遣移竹，留客伴尝茶』

整个室内的装修采用新中风格，在张弛有度，浑然一体中享受宁静淡泊的生活。客厅以简洁舒适为基调，没有其他过多装饰，就连电视背景用的材质，都跟窗帘是同样的，家具靠背的镂空跟柜门的镂空对应，展现了中国文化中虚实相映的风格。进门处的整面墙用了一幅很常见的喷绘，但加了人工勾勒上色后山水的立体感更加呈现，为整个空间的灵动增彩不少。茶水桌上的假山摆设跟电视背景柜里的太湖石遥相呼应，体现了主人热衷于畅游山水间的生活态度。

The whole interior decoration adopts a new style, enjoying a quiet and indifferent life in a degree of relaxation and integration. The living room is based on simplicity and comfort without too much decoration. Even the materials used for the TV background are the same as the curtains. The hollowing out of the furniture back corresponds to the hollowing out of the cabinet door, showing the style of virtual reality in Chinese culture. The whole wall at the entrance uses a very common spray painting, but with the addition of artificial outline, the three-dimensional feeling of the landscape is more presented, which adds a lot of color to the flexibility of the whole space. The rockery on the tea table echoes with the Taihu Lake stone in the TV background cabinet, reflecting the host's keen attitude towards life between mountains and rivers.

餐厅的顶部采用了内圆外方的格局，底下的十人桌只安排了八个椅子，就是要时时告诫自己，做人要方方正正，宽厚通融，凡事不可太求圆满，永远留出上升空间。厨房间虽小，却是家中非常重要的一个部分，民以食为天，一日三餐自是不可缺少，所以做了大量的柜子，以便放置锅碗瓢盆，安装了洗碗机，蒸烤箱，厨余垃圾处理器等等，只想让繁琐的日常变得更为简单。

The top of the restaurant adopts the pattern of inner circle and outer circle. The table for ten people at the bottom is only arranged with eight chairs, which is to always remind ourselves that we should be square, upright, generous and accommodating. We should not strive for perfection in everything and always leave room for improvement. Although the kitchen is small, it is a very important part of the family. People live on food and three meals a day are indispensable, so a large number of cabinets are made to place pots and pans, dishwashers, steam ovens, kitchen waste processors and so on, just to make the cumbersome daily easier.

房子北面原先楼梯位置封起来后作茶室使用，博古架，茶桌椅，配套其全，可一人独饮，也可三五好友共饮。由于现在楼梯靠墙，采光不太好，所以在茶室跟二楼过道墙上开了一个六角型窗洞，另在每一级台阶上都装有灯带，方便上下，也为冰冷的大理石楼梯营造出丝丝暖意。

The original staircase in the north of the house is sealed and used as a teahouse. The Bogu shelf and tea tables and chairs are complete. You can drink alone or with three or five friends. Because the stairs are close to the wall and the daylighting is not very good, a hexagonal window hole is opened on the walls of the teahouse and the aisle on the second floor. In addition, a light belt is installed on each step to facilitate going up and down, and create a trace of warmth for the cold marble stairs.

桂子月中落，天香云外飘』

老人房采用棕色调，给人一种安稳沉静的感觉。床背景用了一幅真丝手绘加刺绣的梅花双鸟嬉戏图，落地窗边上的圆形旋转藤椅可以让老人在冬日的午后沐浴温暖的阳光，享受空间的静谧和岁月的静好。

The old people's room adopts brown tone, which gives people a sense of stability and tranquility. The background of the bed is a plum blossom double bird play picture painted and embroidered with silk. The circular rotating rattan chair beside the French window can let the old man bathe in the warm sunshine in the winter afternoon and enjoy the tranquility of the space and the tranquility of the years.

主卧中纳入阳台后空间大了很多，在阳台区域放了一把长滕椅，方便午休时可以小憩一会。另有大提琴造型的衣架，让整个空间不至呆板，如有韵律在流动。床背景跟老人房一样，也是真丝手绘加刺绣，只不过颜色换成了灰中稍带一点红，床品跟随背景，浅了几成，是蓝灰色，整个卧室氛围体现了沉稳和与世无争，只有让心安静才能带来高品质睡眠。卧室跟主卫之间有一个过道，两边是及顶的衣柜，放置平常要穿的衣服。主卫面积足够大，不仅干湿分离，还有一个大浴缸和双台盆，这样在早上时间紧迫时也不用相互等待。

The space behind the balcony in the master bedroom is much larger. A long Teng chair is placed in the balcony area to facilitate a nap during lunch break. In addition, the clothes hanger with cello shape makes the whole space less rigid, if there is rhythm flowing. Like the old people's room, the bed background is also silk hand-painted and embroidered, but the color is changed to a little red in the gray. The bed products follow the background and are several percent lighter. It is blue gray. The atmosphere of the whole bedroom reflects calm and stand aloof from the world. Only by keeping your heart quiet can you bring high-quality sleep. There is an aisle between the bedroom and the master bathroom. On both sides are the top wardrobe for the clothes you usually wear. The main bathroom area is large enough, not only dry and wet separation, but also a large bathtub and two wash basins, so that there is no need to wait for each other when time is tight in the morning.

书房是一个内书房，套在主卧里，有两扇玻璃移门相通，南边靠窗的罗汉榻可以用来看书，北边靠墙留出一方瑜珈空间，感到身心疲惫时可以拉伸冥想放松。主区域是一大排书柜，各式书籍尽可以安放，1.8米的书桌练习毛笔字绰绰有余。北墙上有林演老师书写的铁山摩崖碑，灵动飘逸，每个字都像要从墙上走下来似的。

The study is an inner study, which is set in the master bedroom. There are two glass sliding doors connected. The Luohan couch near the window in the South can be used to read, and a yoga space near the wall in the north can be used to stretch, meditate and relax when you feel physically and mentally tired. The main area is a large row of bookcases. All kinds of books can be placed as much as possible. A 1.8m desk is more than enough to practice calligraphy. There is an iron mountain cliff monument written by teacher Lin Yan on the north wall. It is flexible and elegant. Every word seems to come down from the wall.

次卧虽然也是中式风格，但地板全部铺上榻榻米，可以在这里看书学习，如果节假日家人比较多，也可以搭个地铺舒适地过一两晚。所有的卧室都自带有卫生间，关起门来就是独立个体，不会影响其他人。
