学生心理健康是教育工作的重要组成部分,关系到每一个学生的成长和未来。近年来,随着社会环境的变化和学生成长压力的增大,学生心理问题日益凸显,这对我们的教育工作提出了更高的要求。因此,提升教师对学生心理问题的识别与干预能力,显得尤为重要和紧迫。

为了提升教师对学生心理问题的识别与干预能力,新宁路小学于2024年3月13日—14日分3批次举办了教师心理培训,旨在帮助教师更好地了解学生的心理特点,掌握有效的干预策略,为学生的健康成长提供有力支持。

负责此次培训的是我校专职心理健康教师刘侠老师。培训中,刘老师向老师们反复强调学生心理辅导的保密原则。教师对学生心理健康的保密原则是一项重要的职业伦理要求,它有助于维护学生的隐私权和心理安全。教师应时刻牢记这一原则,并在实际工作中严格遵守执行。

培训主要从三个方面展开,首先是学生心理问题的种类与特点,主要介绍了常见的学生心理问题,如焦虑、抑郁、自卑等。分析了这些问题的成因及对学生学习和生活的影响。
