  12月18日上午,西北师范大学教师培训学院副院长荆孝民、石义堂,西北师范大学继续教育学院培训中心项目主任甘悦以及项目班主任李银春,石晓妹出席开班典礼,在开班典礼上,三位领导介绍了本次培训的意义和重要性。

        我们开始了培训学习之路。严华银教授的讲座《培训者的角色定位与基本素养》让我们明白了,作为教师肩负着“教育大计,教师为本”的大任,为了培养全面发展的人,我们老师要不断学习和反思,在学习中提高能力,在反思中学会成长。


                                
                                                                                        
                    
                                                            

  甘肃教育培训管理研发部主任王孝军副教授的《新时代教师队伍建设视域下师德修炼的策略与方法》专题讲座,王教授以他幽默的讲课风格和蕴含哲理的小游戏“一分钟拍手”让我们明白了经验具有不可靠性,而实践才是检验真理的唯一标准,“撕纸”教会我们给学生教知识,一定要注意你的教学语言的简练和明确性。王教授说的一句话我很喜欢,他说“把课上好就是最好的师德”,这话看似朴实,却也道出了师德真正的内涵。



                                                                                    
                                                                                        
                    
                                                                    


                                
                                                                                        
                    
                                                            

                          3月22日


         甘肃省教育厅基础教育课程教材中心教研部主任张炳意老师给我们讲了《小学数学教学中渗透德育的方法及案例》 ,他说 “中华优秀传统文化是中华民族的根和魂,是中国特色社会主义植根的文化沃土,而数学文化是中华传统文化中不可或缺的部分。”老师要在数学教学中渗透德育教育。



                                                                                    
                                                                                        
                    
                                                                    


                                
                                                                                        
                    
                                                            

  下午我们有幸听了西北师范大学吕世虎教授的专题讲座《核心素养导向下的课程与教学改革》,吕教授是国家数学课程标准研制组的核心成员。吕教授给我们讲了什么是核心素养?从三个方面、六个素养、十八个指标详细说明教育要回归到落实立德树人,五育并举的轨道上来,素养导向的教学本质是以学生发展为本的教育,把学生培养成一个全面发展的人。



                                                                                    
                                                                                        
                    
                                                                    


                                
                                                                                        
                    
                                                            

                        3月23日


        上午我们学习了吕世虎教授主讲的讲座《义务教育数学课程标准解读的方法与案例》,吕教授给我们分析了课程的性质、课程的基本理念、课程的设计思路。只有读懂课程标准,才会有效的教会学生学会学习,还讲解了课程的目标、内容及教学方面,让我们深刻体会到了课程标准的重要性和实用性。


        下午学习了是张定强教授《小学数学教材研究的方法与案例》讲座,张教授以“没有自我教育就没有真正的教育”这样一个经典语录引入,说作为老师要知道读的三境界:读懂(懂教学、懂学生、懂课堂)读通(通要素、通关系、通思想)读破(破问题、破题串、破联系)。希望我们能多读读其他版本的教材,寻找符合学生实际生活的情境,进行创设,让学生发现问题,进而提出问题和解决问题。



                                                                                    
                                                                                        
                    
                                                                    


                                
                                                                                        
                    
                                                            

                        3月24日


        今天人民教育出版社小学数学编辑室王永春主任百忙之中抽出宝贵的时间,利用线上教学的形式,给我们深度剖析了《小学数学教材新解读》,以数学学科的核心素养为主线,解析小学数学教材改革和教学改革,并列举分析了教材中的案例,贯穿着深度学习,通性通法,概念不清、判断不明、推理不灵等经典语录。渗透着数学核心素养,还为大家分享了2021年小学数学新课标相关内容,还为农村小学数学学科的老师答疑解惑,为我们更好的开展数学教学送来了一抹暖阳。



                                                                                    
                                                                                        
                    
                                                                    


                                
                                                                                        
                    
                                                            

                         3月25日


        早上的是数学学科培训项目负责人李保臻教授的专题讲座《小学数学计算教学的中的问题及策略》,李教授从课标中对小学数学计算的基本要求入手,枚举小学生在计算中出现的错误案例,并准确分析计算错误的成因,同时对小学数学计算教学指点迷津,指出了计算教学的有导向性的策略。是我们受益匪浅,收获颇多。


         下午是城关区九州小学校长向我们分享了《基于深度学习的数学说课与评课》,张校长秉承“用一门学科去激活一名教师的成长”为办学理念,强抓教研活动,导师带准师,准师带新师的方式,促进新教师的快速成长。



                                                                                    
                                                                                        
                    
                                                                    


                                
                                                                                        
                    
                                                            

                            3月26日


        访名校兰州市安西路小学——课例观摩及研讨


         首先在蒋永芳老师的解说下我们参观了安西路小学的科技馆和各大功能室。我们了解了安西路小学的校园文化——恒美,恒在坚持,美在创造。然后我们观摩学习了两位老师的优质课,她们的课堂设计理念都是让学生做课堂真正的主人,学生喜欢思考,乐于探究,在与他人合作交流中,获得了知识与技能。最后是安西路田兰莉校长给我们分享了名师工作室指引下的教师发展和教学活动。



                                                                                    
                                                                                        
                    
                                                                    


                                
                                                                                        
                    
                                                            

                          3月27日


        主题——参观西北师范大学博物馆。在解说员详细的介绍下,我们了解了商周之礼、彩魂陶韵、古生物化石与地矿标本陈列、动植物标本陈列。最后我们来到一楼参观北平师范大学西迁精神及西北师范大学办学成就。



                                                                                    
                                                                                        
                    
                                                                    


                                
                                                                                        
                    
                                                            

                        3月28日


        今天是培训第九天,陇原名师冯运芳以自己的实践经验展开,分享了自己成长中的故事和取得的辉煌成就。她说:“上一节好课不难,难的是上一辈子好课,更难的是上好人生这节大课。”深深感染了每位学员。


         马廷斌老师的《数学思维导图的方法与案例》,主要从思维导图的制作与笔记、思维导图与备课、思维导图与学生这三大方面进行论述,小学数学教学知识整理和复习中利用思维导图,有利于帮助学生形成知识网络,理清概念之间的联系,还能提高学生的自主学习能力。



                                                                                    
                                                                                        
                    
                                                                    


                                
                                                                                        
                    
                                                            

                          3月29日


        访名校:兰州十里店小学。这是一所人文底蕴深厚、办学特色鲜明的小学。我们深入课堂,观摩了两节数学课,教学活动中的课前三分钟,意在锻炼学生的语言表达能力。两位老师都采用“”六段式”教学模式,真正做到了把课堂还给学生,激发了学生的自主学习,体现了学生的主体地位。集体单元备课的教研活动,是为了教师深入研读教材,吃透教材,灵活运用教材,最大程度的实现资源共享。



                                                                                    
                                                                                        
                    
                                                                    


                                
                                                                                        
                    
                                                            

                        3月30日


        由西北师大焦彩珍教授为我们带来的《小学数学学习的特点分析及教学策略》专题讲座,通过小组合作交流探讨的形式,学习了小学数学教学有效策略,是我们受益匪浅。



                                                                                    
                                                                                        
                    
                                                                    


                                
                                                                                        
                    
                                                            

                              3月31日


        早晨伴着细细小雨,我们来到了兰州市七里河小学。在七小主任向我们介绍了七小的文化长廊、教育理念以及七色花评价,我们还观看了一些七小优秀的社团活动室。大家仔细的看,认真的听,明白了准确、合理、有效的评价是促进学生全面快速成长的风向标。

         晚上,温建红教授在《小学数学有效教学的策略与案例》中,讲到所谓的有效教学,就是通过教学活动,学生是否获得了进步与发展。温教授的讲座生动有趣,让我们耳目一新,收获了很多知识。



                                                                                    
                                                                                        
                    
                                                                    


                                
                                                                                        
                    
                                                            

                           4月1日


        根据培训安排,我们参加了九州小学同课异构活动。到达九小后,我们参观了九小的航模馆和丰富多彩的楼道文化和社团活动。



                                                                                    
                                                                                        
                    
                                                                    


                                
                                                                                        
                    
                                                            

  之后开始观摩学习,高年级的老师听的是九小张主任和张淑霞老师的四年级《三角形的内角和》,两位老师教学思路清晰,教学环环相扣,引领学生结合实际,自主探究学习。最后以小组开展研讨活动。



                                                                                    
                                                                                        
                    
                                                                    


                                
                                                                                        
                    
                                                            

                         4月2日

  感恩“国培”给了我们一双飞翔的翅膀,感谢西北师范大学给了我们自由飞翔的平台。感谢和政县教育局给了我们这次参加培训的机会。问渠哪得清如许,为有源头活水来。“国培”学习是终点,亦是起点,我们将用全新的方式走进明天的校园,以充沛的精力,饱满的激情,实现自己事业上新的突破,让梦想展着丰满的羽翼,起飞于蓝蓝的教坛之空。
