——用英语讲好中国故事

      用英语讲好中国故事，此次活动旨在培养学生的英语口语能力和表达能力，同时激发他们对阅读的兴趣。

      孩子们精心准备，用生动的语言和丰富的情感，将一个个精彩的故事展现得淋漓尽致。

     也许孩子们的口语不是很好，但是我相信通过活动的参与，同学的综合语用能力都将得到提升。

Hello everyane. I am so happy to stand here to show myself. I am LiXingjie. I like reading story books.

So today I'll show you a part of this story " Who lives in the forest ". This is a forest . There are many trees . Who lives in this forest ? Elephants live in this forest . Goliath lives in this forest . He is the smallest elephant in the forest . His father is the biggest elephant in the forest . Everybady follows him. He is the leader .But when he sees a mouse . He is afraid . Golizth is not afraid.

 This is the story I want to tell . Thank you for listening .

 An artist who had painted many pictures of great beauty found that he had not yet painted the one “real ” picture.

In his search along a dusty road, he met an aged priest who asked him where he was going .

 “I do not know, ” said the artist, “I want to paint the most beautiful thing in the world . Perhaps you can direct me to it. ”“How simple, ” replied the priest, “in any church or creed, you will find it——“faith”is the most beautiful thing in the world. ”

The artist traveled on . Later , he met a young bride who told him that the most beautifu thing in the world is :”love”.”love” makes the world go round.

I builds poverty into riches. sweetens tears and makes much of little . Without love there is no beauty.Still the artist continued his search and met a weary soldier.

The artist asked him the same question and the soldier answered, “Peace” is the most beautiful thing in the world.

War is ugly and wherever you find peace you’ll find beauty, faith and love.

“How can I paint them- Faith, Love and Peace?” thought the artist.

As he resumed his walk, his mind wondered on the “real ”picture he hoped to paint.He was surprised that without thinking where he was going,he had reached his familiar surrounding.

 As he entered the doorway,light glistened in his eyes and he realized thet his search was over.

In the faces of his wife and children,he saw love and Faith."Not a minute passed by thet our children and l.

Three months ago Emma got inline skates.

Emma wore the inline skates for the first time.She said:"Mommy,I can't stand up!"Emma couldn't stand up on her skates."Try to stand up,you can do it."Emma's mom said to Emma.Emma was afraid but she slowly moved her body.She could stand on her skates.Emma was very happy! Soon she started riding the skates."It wasn't hard.it wasn't easy,"said Emma.

Now Emma can ride inline skates very well.She rides them every weekend!

Kong  Rong  Let  Pears

In the Eastern Han Dynasty, there was a boy named Kong Rong. He was  very clever and very kind. when he was  young. He had five older brothers and  one younger brother.

One day his father went back home  

with some pears. He picked one of the largest and give it to Kong Rong. But  Kong Rong shooked his head and picked up the smallest one. His father asked why? Kong Rong said : "I'm younger, so I  should eat the smaller pear and brothers should eat the bigger ones. His father was very glad. But asked further:"what  about your younger brother, who is younger than you are? "Kong Rong said:"I older than him,so I should leave the bigger one to my  little brother." Laster Kong Rong, became a great scholar.
