You can either travel or read, but either your body or soul must be on the road! Just like these famous words in Roman Holiday, we must improve ourselves all the time!

Thanks to our school，all the English teachers in Jian Qiao middle school have a good chance to improve ourselves!

This week,we had a special task, we chose twelve key-teachers to give other English teachers a model in class.

It is always difficult for our students to write an English composition, not only the lack of plenty of words and sentences but also the strategy in writing. Of course,we seldom create a good situation for their writing. So, as an English teacher，we try to find good method to train their writing. Mrs Dong developed a new way in writing composition and gave an example to other teachers .

At the same time, Mrs Sun gave another writing lesson to us ，she used her own way to show us how to write a passage about problems. We can learn some good ways from her. Thanks to Mrs Sun!

Mr Wei has worked in graduating class for more than ten years. In this class, he taught students how to use passive voice. It is one of the most important grammars in our Senior high school entrance examination.

In Mrs Yin' class, we saw many interesting activities, such as " find the differences ", " the king of memory " all of these activities can arouse students interesting in learning English! Students learnt a lot from playing!

We are a group, we are the best!

Mrs Miao ' s class attracted lots of teachers no matter the elder or younger ones.

After this class, students realized the importance of keeping and inheriting our Chinese culture.

After listening these classes, in Grade 8 Mrs Zhang organized a meeting to have a discussion about how to make our English class effectively. They also communicated with each other . A variety of opinions were created in the intensive discussions.

Our grade nine is a special group ! Because of the Senior high school entrance examination and the high speed and large capacity , we are under great pressure! So, every week , we talk about how to deal with some difficult points or some experienced teachers make plans for the week! Working in a team provides a chance for us to communicate with each other. Just as the saying goes, "many hands make light job." Working in a team, teammates share their ideas with each other, which is helpful to create a better achievement. Woking in a team is a way to broaden our horizon. Teammates in a team can learn something from each other because they owe various experiences and hold different views towards things. working in a team is also a way to establish our friendship!

To be able to compete, we 'd better keep learning all of our life! And our team will pulls together,comes together,works together to achieve our goal!
