中国味,中国魂!千古佳肴传至今,人间烟火沁人心。古人云:“民以食为天。”由此也可见中国人对美食的追求!正逢春节,我也下了一次厨做了三道菜。

我准备了两个土豆,半条黄瓜,一根火腿肠,一部分鸡柳,藕夹和春卷,还有几个青椒。
I prepared two potatoes, half a cucumber, a ham sausage, part of the chicken, lotus root clip and Spring rolls, as well as several green peppers.
准备好食材后,将它们洗净。再刮去土豆的外衣,按在案板上切成片片,黄瓜和火腿肠也是按一样的步骤,把青椒切成丝儿。准备好一部分鸡柳,藕夹和春卷摆在盘中。

将准备好的菜倒进锅中,起火烧油,再在在锅中翻炒,第一道菜,黄瓜炒火腿就完工了,后面的青椒炒土豆也是一样的步骤。鸡柳之类的就需要下油锅炸了,在锅中倒入金灿灿的油,将他们放到油锅中炸,溅起的油花噼里啪啦的响,好似在放鞭炮呢!

叫他们端上桌子和家人尝了几口,还真是不错呢!虽说算不上天仙美味!但也算是色香俱全了吧,手艺也是大有增进。
