This helps us explore what it will feel like when that sense is no longer there. We realise that other senses kick up a notch because they need to help us adapt. It is a fun and eye-opening activity that reminds us of each sense and its importance in our lives.
As we continue exploring our bodies and all the wonderful things we can achieve because of our brains, muscles and bones, We must look at how to ensure those areas grow and develop. So we discuss how we can keep those areas healthy. What can we do? What can we eat?
The body is an advanced machine that continues to amaze us at every challenge and every obstacle, and the only way to learn more and more is to take more risks. Push ourselves to see what we are capable of.
